The Care Network is a fixed-fee injury management service for Australian employers. When a worker gets hurt, you call one number. We run triage, book treatment, assign an injury manager, coordinate return to work, and handle insurer conversations until the claim closes.

Employers with 50 or more staff in aged care, NDIS, disability services, healthcare, and home care. If you have workers in physical or care environments and work cover is already a line item you dread, you are a strong fit.

You pay one annual fee for unlimited use. Triage calls, injury managers, return-to-work planning, and claims advocacy are all included. No per-claim charges and no caps on how often you call us.

Your worker calls our 24/7 triage line. We assess the injury, book priority appointments at no cost to them, and assign a dedicated injury manager. From there we coordinate treatment, return to work, and all claim communication until recovery is complete.

No. Your broker handles your policy and renewal. The Care Network handles what happens after an injury: triage, treatment coordination, injury management, and claims advocacy. We work alongside your existing insurance setup.

We operate across all Australian work cover and workers compensation schemes, including WorkSafe Victoria, icare NSW, WorkCover Queensland, ReturnToWork SA, and WorkCover WA.

Shorter claims and faster return to work reduce claims loading on your premium. Many employers also qualify for a premium reduction through a predominant activity test review. We can assess both paths during your self assessment.
