Premium pressure
A premium your business is struggling to pay or understand.
Community service
A workplace injury or rising workers compensation premium can put pressure on your people and your business. You may need help before the problem grows, or after you have taken it as far as you can with your insurer.
The offer
Care Network offers Australian employers one free consultation and practical advice on one workers compensation matter in a rolling 12-month period. This is our community service. We want employers to have access to experienced help when they need to make a sound decision and support their workers.
Your matter
A premium your business is struggling to pay or understand.
A pattern of claims that is becoming difficult to manage.
An injured worker you want to support, but you are unsure how to coordinate safe return to work.
A problem that remains unresolved after discussion or internal escalation with your insurer.
How it works
Apply below with the problem facing your business and what you need help deciding.
We talk through your situation, agree on the matter to be reviewed, and discuss what information is needed.
We look at the information that relates to the agreed matter.
The outcome

What we do not do
If an employer needs support beyond the assistance you can provide within your role, you are welcome to make them aware of this free community service. The employer can then decide whether to contact Care Network directly.

Keep your first message general
