Incidents stay hidden
Events happen on shift that never reach your WHS team, site manager, or central office.
Unreported incident capture
Care Network documents workplace incidents from the first triage call. What never reaches your desk is captured on shift, with a record in place before a minor event spirals into a long claim weeks later.

The problem
When incidents stay off your internal reporting, you lose visibility early. By the time you hear about it, the injury may be harder to manage and the file may start without clean documentation.
Events happen on shift that never reach your WHS team, site manager, or central office.
You only find out after treatment has started, a certificate lands, or a claim is lodged.
When the matter is reviewed later, the first version of what happened is missing or patchy.
Minor and larger events follow different paths.
Minor events resolve at triage where appropriate. Larger events escalate only where the injury warrants it.
